  • August 1992 - Route 120 created from the Mesa Sunrunner Brown route, which traveled from Lewis & Coury Ave, up Mesa Dr, along Brown Rd, and down Center St to the Mesa Senior Center
  • August 18, 1997 - By this point, the route had been extended past the Mesa Senior Center, down Center St to Broadway Rd
  • January 14, 2002 - Northern end truncated to Center St & 1st Ave
  • January 24, 2005 - Southern end restructured to use Coury Ave directly instead of A Street
  • December 29, 2008 - Northern end truncated from Mesa Senior Center to Fitch Park
