- March 2005 - Route 685 introduced, traveling from Ajo, to Gila Bend, to the Buckeye Community Center, then through Goodyear, Avondale, and Tolleson to Desert Sky Transit Center in Phoenix
- December 29, 2008 - Route modified to travel from Dysart Rd, along McDowell Rd, 95th Ave, and Encanto Blvd to 91st Ave instead of along Van Buren St
- January 27, 2014 - Route modified to travel up Miller Rd and along Yuma Rd to serve more parts of Buckeye. An additional stop was also added at the Care1st Resource Center in Gila Bend (now the Gila Bend Family Resource Center)
- October 23, 2017 - Route modified to add a stop at 9th St & Eason Ave in Buckeye
- October 28, 2024 - Route modified to add a stop at MC 85 & Ashe Ave/Narramore Ave in Buckeye
