- November 23, 2001 - ALEX Circulator introduced, traveling from Desert Foothills Park at Chandler Blvd & Desert Foothills Pkwy, along Liberty Ln, through Ahwatukee neighborhoods, then up 50th St, with select weekend trips traveling along Ray Rd to 56th St, then back along the main route and up Ranch Circle, 36th St, and Knox Rd, up Elliot-Warner Loop, 44th St, then down to 51st St & Elliot Rd
- July 14, 2003 - Select trips to Pecos Park and Ride introduced
- July 26, 2004 - Route adjusted to serve the new Pecos Park down 48th St
- January 23, 2006 - Trips to Ray Rd & 56th St eliminated
- January 28, 2008 - Western end of route extended to Chandler Blvd & 19th Ave
- July 26, 2010 - Western end of route rerouted down Desert Foothills Pkwy to 12th St & Liberty Ln. Eastern end of route modified to travel directly down Elliot Rd instead of up 44th St and around to 51st St & Elliot Rd. Section of route near Pecos Park adjusted to travel up 48th St to Chandler Blvd to 50th St, instead of along Frye Rd to 50th St
