History
- August 14, 2000 - Route 114 introduced after route 94 was eliminated, traveling from 90th St & Shea Blvd, down 92nd St, Mountain View Rd, 90th St, then along Via Linda, 132nd St, Shea Blvd, and going into Mayo Clinic Scottsdale at 134th St
- July 24, 2006 - Eastern terminus slightly modified to backtrack on 134th St when returning westbound instead of looping through a separate driveway
- 2008 - At some point in 2008, the eastern turnaround loop was modified to continue on Via Linda, down 136th St and Shea Blvd, ending on Shea Blvd & 134th St instead of deviating into Mayo Clinic
- January 25, 2010 - Route eliminated
