LINK History
LINK routes were equipped with certain BRT-esque amenities like special stop shelters with platform-level boarding, audio announcements and digital signage for the next bus arrival, limited-stop service, and a specialized fleet of buses for LINK routes. LINK routes were served by 2008 New Flyer D60LFAs and 2010 New Flyer D40LFAs. The liveries on these buses were modified to be used for local route service after LINK was eliminated and the D60LFAs were eventually retired in 2023. The D40LFAs are still in service, but are rarely used.
