- March 19, 2000 - Glendale Urban Shuttle introduced as a loop route beginning from Glendale City Hall, serving the central Glendale area
- March 11, 2002 - Route modified to travel along 59th Ave from Myrtle Ave and along Glendale Ave instead of along Glenn Dr and 58th Ave to Glendale Ave
- February 24, 2003 - Route reverted to travel from Glendale Ave, along 59th Ave to Glenn Dr and 58th Ave, then back to Glendale Ave
- January 24, 2005 - GUS renamed to GUS 1 & 2, with GUS 1 being the counterclockwise loop and GUS 2 being the clockwise loop of the same route
- January 28, 2008 - GUS 1 route modified to travel along 55th Ave between Glendale Ave and Glenn Dr instead of traveling along 54th Ave and Glenn Dr to 55th Ave
- October 23, 2017 - GUS 2 turned into its own route, GUS 1 route remains along the same route as a counterclockwise-only loop
