- July 23, 2012 - Central/South Mountain RAPID introduced, traveling from the State Capitol and Downtown Phoenix, down Central Ave, then along Baseline Rd to the 27th Ave/Baseline Park and Ride
- October 26, 2020 - Route modified to use 19th Ave to go from downtown to Baseline Rd instead of Central Ave due to long-term construction
- October 27, 2025 - Downtown terminus moved to Arizona Center and route through Downtown Phoenix modified to use Washington/Jefferson St and 1st Ave/Central Ave/2nd St now that long-term construction in Downtown Phoenix is finished
