August 18, 1997 - The earliest known routing of route 7 traveled from Central Ave & Dobbins Rd, up 7th St, deviating through Downtown Phoenix to serve the old bus terminal, then continuing along Van Buren St and up 7th St to Union Hills Dr. Saturday trips only traveled to Sunnyslope Transit Center instead of Union Hills Dr
August 15, 1999 - By this point, route 7 had been modified to serve the new Central Station and Saturday trips had been extended to Union Hills Dr, eliminating service to Sunnyslope Transit Center
February 24, 2003 - Deviation added along Broadway Rd to serve the new Ed Pastor Transit Center
