  • August 18, 1997 - The earliest known official routing traveled from the State Capitol, through Downtown Phoenix, along Interstate 10, up 79th Ave, McDowell Rd, 75th Ave, Thomas Rd, 83rd Ave, McDowell Rd, 91st Ave, Van Buren St, then down Western Ave, ending at 4th St in Downtown Avondale
  • March 19, 2001 - By this time, the western end was extended down 4th St to the Avondale Public Works office at Lower Buckeye Rd
  • January 14, 2002 - Route modified to use 91st Ave between Thomas Rd and McDowell Rd instead of 83rd Ave
  • July 23, 2012 - Route eliminated
