  • August 17, 1998 - Route 77 was created, traveling from Cesar Chavez High School at Baseline Rd & 39th Ave, to Arizona Mills Mall, up Dobson Rd and along Southern Ave, down Westwood to Holmes Ave & Alma School Rd by Fiesta Mall
  • January 14, 2002 - Service to South Mountain Community College added
  • April 15, 2002 - Eastern end of the route truncated to Baseline Rd & Dobson Rd
  • January 25, 2010 - South Mountain Community College trips reduced to weekdays only
  • January 23, 2012 - Western end of the route extended to Baseline Rd & 75th Ave
